Congratulations to Kari Elbe, School of Nursing, who received a SLU Spark! Kari was recognized by Emily Gunn, School of Nursing, for pursuing excellence.
"Kari goes above and beyond in her work every day. She is the unsung hero who deals with all of the requirements our students must complete in order to participate in clinical experiences. She also initiates and oversees all of our affiliation agreements with our clinical partners. Those responsibilities are vital to all of our programs and I would like to recognize Kari for the excellent work she does. I know they say everyone can be replaced, but in the case of Kari Elbe, I am not sure that statement holds true. Thank you for everything you do and for supporting me in countless ways."
