Instead of getting overwhelmed by the restructure, she continuously goes out of her way to make sure the transition runs as smoothly as possible. No matter the question, she always seems to find a way to track down the answer – if a previous contact is no longer available or if a system has been transferred to someone else, she’ll search until she figures out who the new person is.
