"Pam is always going out of her way to help others whether it is answering questions via email when she is out of the office on vacation or going the extra mile to help us find out answers through other departments. Pam is always the first person I contact when I need help and she is always looking for new ways to make our processes and policies more efficient and effective. I truly appreciate all she has done to make my transition from student to staff easier over the last two years!"
