"I was looking for a room in Schwitala Hall and had no idea where to go. Ernice overheard my request for directions. It appeared that she was heading in a different direction. However, she stopped what she was doing and offered to take me where I needed to go. She then walked me through several halls and directed me the place, which would have taken me several minutes to find on my own. She put someone else's needs ahead of her plans, and it was a great example of service and care."
