"I would like to nominate Aimee Walker. Aimee has been a great resource to me with getting my incoming residents access to EPIC. The online ITS Service Request is not very user friendly and I was able to reach out to Aimee to help with getting my residents the access that they needed in a very timely manner. She is very professional and very responsive to requests. I wish to recognize her efforts during this very hectic time for residents and relay how important this is to patient care.
