"The other day I was in Parking & Card Services and it was very busy. As I stood in line I watched the staff members listen to each customer and recognize the customers' perspectives, empathizing with their reactions and making efforts to assist and console them. They had amazing patience and understanding with each customer while the customer shared more information then what was needed. The staff had smiles on their faces even when dealing with a difficult customer. They really need to be recognized for their compassion for others."
