I had never met Joey until yesterday, and while he was working on my laptop, I so appreciated the time he took to get to know me and anticipate other needs I may have with my non-responsive mouse. I felt like Joey took the time (at the very end of the day) to not only provide excellent customer service but also took the extra effort to find commonalities and develop a relationship.
