"It's that time of year again where Lavonda demonstrates the university's mission in action with her Angel Tree Program endeavors to recognize, support and bring Christmas to children in our community who face challenges most of us have not experienced. She coordinates all of the efforts which culminate in the children and their immediate family having an event filled with gifts, food and fun! Santa even shows up! :)"
