Not only did he remember me when he delivered packages down at the Salus Center (almost 10 yrs ago), but he went above and beyond to offer me guidance and recommendations, as well as spent time checking his area and with his colleagues to find this package for our Research Office. I truly appreciate his efforts, courtesy, and above-stellar customer service. I am glad to have colleagues like this at SLU!"
