I had never met Joey until yesterday, and while he was working on my laptop, I so appreciated the time he took to get to know me and anticipate other needs I may have with my non-responsive mouse. I felt very supported by him as a member of our ITS team and SLU community. I felt like Joey took the time (at the very end of the day) to not only provide excellent customer service but also took the extra effort to find commonalities and develop a relationship. Thanks, Joey!"

She was able to hand deliver the bond to the employee within another department. I am so honored to have an employee willing to do the right thing instead of just walking away from the bond which included the employee's social security and other personal information. Way to go Wilma!"
