Kevin Krauskopf Received a SLU Spark!
Congratulations to Kevin Krauskopf, Housing & Residence Life, who received a SLU Spark! Kevin was recognized by Erin Schmidt, Campus Ministry, for serving others.
"Kevin is already a joy to work with in a daily basis but this past weekend he went above and beyond his volunteer role at the Bicentennial Mass. When our scheduled helpers for banner take down did not show, he stepped right in to help put everything away without even being asked. We appreciate you Kevin!"

Patrick Holt Received a SLU Spark!
Congratulations to Patrick Holt, Transportation Services, who received a SLU Spark! Patrick was recognized by Erin Schmidt, Campus Ministry, for serving others.
"Patrick went above and beyond to help us schedule a shuttle for the Bicentennial Mass rehearsal. He was positive to our last minute request, always answering the phone with a chipper, "It's a great day to be a Billiken!" Lastly, he was able to quickly find a better and cheaper option for what we needed. It was a pleasure to work with him."

Enbal Shacham Received a SLU Spark!
Congratulations to Enbal Shacham, Behavioral Science & Health Education, who received a SLU Spark! Enbal was recognized by Ellen Barnidge, Behavioral Science & Health Education, for pursuing excellence.
"I would like to recognize Enbal because of her commitment to research excellence. She has played the role of research mentor, enthusiast, promoter, critic, and innovation inspiration for me and so many others including students and colleagues. She demonstrates research excellence on a continuous basis and her actions speak louder than her words. Last year alone she submitted the most grants in our department and college. She is generous with her time and insight. She is courageous in her willingness to provide honest critique of other's work in order to improve research quality. Because she is what we hope all faculty to be, she is often less recognized for her varied contributions. Yet, she is a priceless member of our University. Enbal should be recognized for the SPARK she is."

Rodell Futch Received a SLU Spark!
Congratulations to Rodell Futch, Human Resources, who received a SLU Spark! Rodell was recognized by Sherry Hahn for serving others.
"Due to one of our own staff being out unexpectedly, the Communication Department needed to hire and have in place all our student workers for the media center within a week. When I communicated this need to Rodell, who had a co-worker out himself, he worked quickly to get all our ePAFs through the system so our media center could get staffed. This had a great impact on the students our department. Anyone in a class that needed equipment (cameras, video cameras, etc.) was immediately able to check out whatever they needed thanks to Rodell's excellent service. Thank you, again, Rodell!"

Patrick Cousins Received a SLU Spark!
Congratulations to Patrick Cousins, Campus Ministry, who received a SLU Spark! Floyd was recognized by Floyd Welsh, Career Services, for showing compassion.
"Patrick recently noticed that a student he had previously accompanied on a service trip seemed troubled. As a result of his display of compassion for her, he led her to recognize that she was beginning the process of vocational discernment--not a career crisis as she had initially suspected. Due to his intervention, she is now prepared to fully explore vocation and how her SLU education will make it happen."
