A special congratulations goes out to Danielle Lanxon,
daughter of Alyce Lanxon, Executive Director for SLUCare
PMO, for her recent athletic achievement. Danielle is one of eleven Illinois athletes to
be nominated to the 2017 Special Olympics World Winter Games to be held in Austria
in March 2017. Danielle will be competing in the snowshoeing event.
Pre-training will take place in Vermont in late 2016.
Congratulations to Danielle and her family and good luck at
the Games!
