Welcome to SLULife!
SLULife is a publication for SLU faculty and staff to highlight notable events across the University, in their departments, and their personal lives. Stories and announcements with SLU faculty and staff members as the main subject can be related to the four categories listed below: recognition, service, community events, and congratulations. Check out what is new with your colleagues and around campus with SLULife!
The blog has five additional pages that focuses on the five main topics of SLULife:
SLU Sparks - notes of peer-to-peer recognition
Recognition Programs and Events - Information about department or university recognition program or events
Service - Announcements about upcoming service activities or stories highlighting service activities that were already completed
Community Events - Information about upcoming campus events or stories about events that were recently held on campus
Congratulations - Announcing engagements, weddings, births, adoptions, or retirements
Click on a tab to view all posts related to that category. To view all posts from a specific month, click the month from the Blog Archive list on the right.
Please note that due to the volume of submissions, the main subject of SLULife stories must be a SLU faculty or staff member and the categories of posts will be limited to those listed above. For example, a submission of a staff member announcing his/her engagement will be included. A graduation announcement for the son/daughter of a SLU staff member will not be published because it is not directly about the SLU staff member and it is not one of the main categories of SLULife.
